Project Management for Phase 1 of the UNLV School of Medicine
overview
New West managed the design and Phase 1 construction of the UNLV Medical Education Building on behalf of the Nevada Health and Bioscience Asset Corporation. This 130,000 SF building will house all disciplines of the UNLV school of medicine and was designed in 2020, breaking ground in January of 2021. Completion and occupancy are scheduled for Summer of 2022.
