South 15

Las Vegas, NV



New West acquired 152 acres of raw land from the city of Henderson in 2012. Over the next 3 years, the company developed multiple industrial pads for sale and ultimately exited the project with a large sale to Panattoni.

Hacienda 215

Las Vegas, NV



Hacienda 215 was purchased as a 25 acre undeveloped site from a California bank in 2011. New West zoned the property to high density multi-family and sold it to a Las Vegas based apartment developer in 2014. The completed project is known as Elysian West.

Weston Hills

Henderson, NV


A 200 acre brownfield site located in Henderson, Nevada, Weston Hills presented significant regulatory, environmental, and development challenges. Requirements included over 10 miles of underground drains, wetland mitigation, and over 1.5 million cubic yards of imported dirt. Sold as a graded site to Beazer Homes in 2005.

Champion Village

Henderson, NV




Champion Village is a 230 acre mixed use development located in Henderson, Nevada that was developed over a 5 year period and completed in 2000. It is home to 650 homes and 18 acres of retail/commercial uses surrounding a 16 acre active park.

Iron Mountain Ranch

Las Vegas, NV




Iron Mountain Ranch is a 534 acre Master Planned Community consisting of 2,200 lots that was acquired and entitled in 1999. The project was sold to KB Home and became one of their top selling communities nationally in the early 2000’s.

Champion Homes

Southern Nevada

Between 1993 and 2000 Champion Homes built over 2,000 homes in Southern Nevada. Specializing in advantageous land positioning and creative marketing and sales, the Company consistently produced above market results in sales and closings.
Champion neighborhoods were favored by the general brokerage community as places with a strong sense of community and superior planning and home design and 20-25 years later brokers still promote its neighborhoods in the resale market.

Champion Homes’ assets were sold to a top 5 public homebuilder in 2000.
