Terry Manley is the Founder and CEO of New West Company. He has led his own Nevada based companies for over 25 years with projects throughout the Southwest US. Manley spent much of the 1990’s building homes and developing lots in Las Vegas, NV and most recently guiding complex projects through highly regulated environmental and political processes.
Mr. Manley was born in Phoenix, AZ where he attended Brophy Prep and Arizona State University and has lived in Las Vegas for 30 years with his wife Tiffany and their five children. He is currently Board Chairman of Boys and Girls Club of Nevada and sits on its Foundation Board, is a Board member of the University of Nevada Las Vegas Football Foundation and is a Regent at Brophy College Prep in Phoenix.
Todd Floyd is a Partner in New West Company. He has over 17 years of real estate experience focused on financing, entitlement and development in Nevada, California and Arizona. Floyd started in 2001 with Bank of America before helping Crosscountry Mortgage, Inc. grow from a single branch to over 260 branches nationwide. Mr. Floyd joined New West in 2005 and has led project management and entitlement since 2012.
Floyd graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he was a starting wide-receiver for the UNLV Rebels before playing with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Buffalo Bills and Seattle Seahawks in the NFL. Mr. Floyd resides in Las Vegas with his wife Tiffany.
Michael Dean is a Partner in New West Company. He is the President and Founder of M.J. Dean Construction. Established in 1989 and with over 1,000 employees, M.J. Dean is one of the largest locally owned construction companies in Southern Nevada.
MJ Dean Construction has completed projects such as Mandalay Bay, Palms Place, The Hard Rock, Fly LINQ, Eastside Cannery Casino and Hotel, Planet Hollywood, Marriott’s Grand Chateau, Sky Las Vegas, Wyndham, Four Seasons Las Vegas, and Panorama Towers I & II. Current projects include Resorts World Las Vegas and the Madison Square Garden Arena Las Vegas. Dean has also developed a number of office and retail projects in Las Vegas.
Dean is a third generation Las Vegan and graduated from Arizona State University’s College of Engineering with a B. S. Degree in General Building Construction in 1985 and resides in Las Vegas with his wife Debbie and their four children.
Mike Mines is a Partner in New West Company. He is a former real estate executive with The Howard Hughes Corporation, during which time he was responsible for the development and leasing of office and retail including the first office tower at Hughes Center in 1990. He has managed his own portfolio of real estate, tech, and hospitality investments for the past 20 years. Mines graduated from the University of Colorado and has resided in Las Vegas for over 30 years with his wife Julie and their two children.
Alysia Vigil acts as project manager for New West’s Southern California assets. Ms. Vigil has over 7 years of experience with project planning, budgeting and financial analysis, and entitlement processing – particularly with the California CEQA process.
Vigil holds a dual BSBA in Finance and Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada and participates regularly as a mentor to students in the UNLV Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies Mentorship Program.
